Q: How much do you charge for your free venue finding service?
A: It's as it says on the tin - it's completely free!
Q:There must be a catch - how do you make any money if you don't charge a fee?
A: Well, as a thank you for recommending their venue, when the event is confirmed the venue pays us a fee.
Q: Do all venues have this arrangement with you?
A: Most three, four and five star hotels and also halls, museums, football stadiums etc - in fact a high percentage of venues have this arrangement. We are simply a marketing arm for them.
The few venues where we do not have this arrangement, then we will tell you, and we may request a fee to cover our administration costs.
Q: Why should we use Events in Business Ltd, when I can pick up the phone and contact the venue myself?
A: If you know which venue you need, then that is the best way to do this. But there are many times when you will need a choice of venue and that's where our expertise comes in.
We have many years of experience and continuously visit venues to gain more knowledge to pass onto. We know the venues which are new to the market, those which have been refurbishment - and those to avoid which are in need of refurbishment!
We know what venues work best for specific events and we'll provide a professional proposal giving you a choice of venues to match your brief. We do all the leg work, leaving you to get on with your job. All you need to do is make the decision - you can even take the credit for the choice! All we ask is that you confirm the venue through us. Simple!
Q: Do we not pay more because the venue has to pay you a fee?
A: Our reputation in the industry means that we can, on most occasions, get a better rate than if you called the venues. On a regular basis we also received special discounted rates which we pass on to you.
Q: Do you just deal with UK venues?
A: No, we cover all the UK and also Europe.
