Events in Business Ltd was established in January 2001 by Linda Mansfield the MD.
Since then it has grown and expanded to specialise in Conferencing, Team Build and Christmas Parties.
We now have a core team of seven people, increasing that depending on the size and type of event. |
| The Team |
Linda Mansfield, Managing Director
Linda’s background is in marketing and sales having spent 24 years working for a large financial services company where she was a Marketing Manager having responsibility for various aspects of marketing including corporate event management.
She has a broad range of management skills, in particular project management to deliver events, but more so the enthusiasm and commitment to complete tasks to a high standard.
Keith Armour, Operations Director
Keith is a qualified engineer having worked with international companies’ world wide in the field of project management and management consultancy.
In recent years he has been responsible for setting up and managing large calls centres for blue chip clients, where his analytical skills and attention to detail have been paramount.
He joined Events in Business Ltd in January 2003 and hasn’t had time to look back since!!
Fiona Neame, Project and Events Manager
Fiona has over twelve years experience in event logistics working with a range of clients on and offsite. She has excellent communication skills being able to deal with people at all levels. She is able to deliver events from creation through to delivery having good interpretation and development skills. She understands the balance of attention to detail and completing the project within timescales and budget.
She has been working for Events in Business Ltd as a freelancer for the past two years lead managing a variety of events of all sizes and types.
Debra King, Events in Business Ltd
Debra, well known across Milton Keynes having been involved in the inward investment team for seven years, promoting Milton Keynes to companies considering relocating to the area, now works for us to development business.
Melissa Cadby, Account Executive
Melissa joined us in August 2007 initially looking after Christmas Party client enquiries and has since moved to deal with events all year round, having a range of clients of all sizes and needs.
Melissa has organised events during her time at Southampton University where she gained a Journalism in Fashion and Culture degree.
Natalie Welham, Account Executive
Natalie joined us in October 2007 helping to manage the Christmas Party website and liaison with party venues and later taking client enquiries for Christmas Parties. She is dealing with client enquiries for all types of events.
Catriona Dixon, Administrative Support
Catriona started in August 2007 and provides a wide range of admin support for the team, which can be anything from the website content, credit control, library and database management.
