PLEASE COMPLETE OUR SURVEY and we will enter your details into a draw for prizes which include breaks at leading hotels and attractions in the UK, and Green & Black wine and chocolate.
The survey should take no longer than four minutes to complete and to enter the draw your details will be requested at the end of the survey.
Competition Terms and Conditions:
1. Prize Draw open only to UK clients who complete the survey. The winners will be selected at random.
2. Prize Draw open until 6pm on 27 January 2012.
3. Prize Draw will take place at Christmas Parties Unlimited, 7 Furzton Lake, Shirwell Crescent, Milton Keynes, MK4 1GA.
4. The prize winners will be notified on Friday 3 February 2012 and the prize winners' names will be available after 15 days by writing to: Christmas Parties Unlimited, 7 Furzton Lake, Shirwell Crescent, Milton Keynes, MK4 1GA
5. Christmas Parties Unlimited decision is final and no written correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prizes comprise breaks at hotels and attractions in the UK and Green & Black chocolates and wine. No cash alternative is available. The hotel and attraction break prizes are subject to availability and exclude travel costs and have to be taken by the 30 June 2012.
7. Prize winners may be required to take part in post competition publicity.
