You've previously used our Christmas Parties website to plan your party and as we very much want to improve our service we are asking for your help by completing a survey.
The survey should take no longer than four minutes to complete.
As a thank you for responding we will enter your details into a draw for prizes which include weekend breaks at either the Marriott Northampton, a Ramada Jarvis, Holiday Inn or Q Hotel in the UK, and a champagne and chocolate hamper. Full details to follow.
The weekend break prizes are subject to availability and exclude travel costs and have to be taken by the 30 June 2010.
To enter the draw your details will be requested at the end of the survey. The lucky winners will be selected at random.

Competition Terms and Conditions:
1. Prize Draw open only to UK clients who complete the survey.
2. Prize Draw open until 6pm on 29 January 2010.
3. Prize Draw will take place at Christmas Parties Unlimited, 7 Furzton Lake, Shirwell Crescent, Milton Keynes, MK4 1GA.
4. The prize winners will be notified on Friday 5 February 2010 and the prize winners' names will be available after 15 days by writing to: Christmas Parties Unlimited, 7 Furzton Lake, Shirwell Crescent, Milton Keynes, MK4 1GA
5. Christmas Parties Unlimited decision is final and no written correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prizes comprise weekend breaks at hotels in the UK and Fortnum and Mason's Champagne and Chocolates. No cash alternative is available.
7. Prize winners may be required to take part in post competition publicity.
